Let's see, last I posted as at Pride...well, Pride was awesome, to be sure! Since then, Bridget and I have been trying to do some cooking! We made stuffed bell peppers, though we sort of screwed it up and put water inside the peppers instead of around the peppers. Duly noted! We've made wilted spinich salad...excellent! We've made leek potato soup with tons and tons of dill in it...cut back on the dill next time! And the piece de resistance, we made hippy-burgers! Lentils, walnuts, onion, and a bunch of other stuff, with egg thrown in as a binder. Formed into patties and fried in butter, they are, all things considered, pretty good! VERY healthy. Gotta like that!
Last Sunday, Christine and Ryan came over to play. It was awesome! It's so nice to have friends that not only understand our identities, but live them themselves! Tomorrow we have another date planned. So excited!
